OKLAHOMA CITY – Remington Park will present three nights of highly competitive trials take place next weekend as qualifiers are determined for the $1,000,000 Heritage Place Futurity and the $250,000 (estimated) Heritage Place Derby.
The Heritage Place Futurity will be the first million-dollar race in Remington Park history.
Remington Park would like to encourage all horsemen planning to attend and compete in the trials to please book their Silks restaurant tables and Private Suites early. Doing so will ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience on these exciting race nights.

Trials for the $1,000,000 Heritage Place Futurity will be conducted over two evenings on Friday, May 9 and Saturday, May 10. Each night of trials for the Heritage Place Futurity will contain eight trial races at 350 yards with the five fastest, by time, from each night of trials advancing to the final.
The trials for the $250,000 Heritage Place Derby, a 400-yard affair, will be run on Sunday, May 11. The first race on all three nights of Heritage Place trials is 6:25 p.m. (central). The Silks Restaurant and Private Suites open at 5 p.m.
The finals for both the Heritage Place Futurity and Heritage Place Derby will be conducted on the final night of the 2008 American Quarter Horse Season, Sunday, June 1.
