The health and safety of our patrons is our number one priority. We continue to closely monitor Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines and public health advancements, and we have implemented operational procedures and protocols that you need to know before you make your next trip to Remington Park.
Temperature Screenings and Face Coverings. All patrons and employees entering Remington Park will be checked for temperature. Individuals with a temperature at or over 100.4°F (38°C) will not be allowed to enter Remington Park. Patrons and employees are required to wear protective coverings over their nose and mouth at all times. Guests who choose not to comply will be asked to leave the property.
Enhanced Cleaning and Disinfecting Protocols. Enhanced cleaning procedures will be followed, including the use of battery-powered sprayers and EPA-certified chemicals during daily closures as well as more frequent manual disinfection processes with EPA-registered disinfectant on high-touch surfaces like door handles, railings, elevator buttons, ATMs, electronic gaming machines and other hard surfaces. The number of hand sanitizer dispensers has been increased and will be placed at guest and employee entrances and exits as well as high-contact areas.
Casino and Racing Operations. Patrons 18 years of age and over will be allowed entry to Remington Park. All patrons will enter through the Casino entrance only, and valid photo ID is required to enter. Remington Park occupancy will be limited to 25% of capacity. Every other chair has been removed from electronic games on the Casino floor. Active playing will be required during visitation. Valet services are suspended until further notice.
Notable changes to building access includes:
• Casino and Track levels, including the Plaza, are open for patron access. Off-track betting will be relocated temporarily to Track North.
• The Clubhouse and Suites levels are open to essential personnel only.
Physical Distancing. Guests are advised to practice physical distancing leaving six feet between themselves and people not traveling with them while standing in lines, using elevators or moving around the property. Restaurant tables and other layouts will be arranged to ensure appropriate distancing. Bars will be for service only and bar chairs will be removed.
Dining and Entertainment. Operations for dining and entertainment have been modified to allow for additional cleaning and physical distancing. Bricktown Brewery, Henry Hudson’s and Round the Clock have limited hours, seating and menu items available. Old No. 7 Bar on the Casino Level is open for service only and regularly scheduled entertainment is suspended until further notice. Homestretch Café, Players Bar, Legacies Bar and Steinie’s Bar are open on race days only. Silks Restaurant and Club One are closed for the remainder of the Quarter Horse Season.

Any areas of the property that are not open?

How are you cleaning the electronic games?
Ongoing disinfecting services using hand sprayers, disinfecting bottles, electric sprayers and EPA-certified chemicals will be used on an ongoing basis along with manual cleaning efforts with EPA-certified disinfectants. Additionally, electronic game attendants will sanitize electronic games frequently and thoroughly throughout the day.
What happens when maximum occupancy is reached?
If maximum capacity is reached, patrons will be asked to wait in clearly marked queue lines that have been set up at the Casino entrance and spaced six feet apart to allow for physical distancing as patrons wait to enter the facility. As other individuals leave the facility, individuals in line will be able to enter the building. Individuals who exit the facility will be required to enter the queue lines for re-entry into Remington Park.
Gaming & Promotions
What promotions will be available when you reopen?
At this time, promotions and events are suspended. We will resume promotions and events when it is determined to be a responsible operational process as well as provides equitable opportunity for all patrons to participate. We will provide updates via website, social channels, mail and email, where applicable, as more information regarding promotions becomes available.
I didn’t have a chance to redeem my offer in March before you closed. Will the March offer still be honored?
Yes. Remington Park offers with redemption dates in March that were not redeemed before Remington Park’s temporary closure will be valid from Thursday, May 21 through Sunday, June 21. Offers are non-transferable.
I have a gaming ticket to cash-out. How long do I have to redeem it upon reopening?
Gaming tickets/vouchers that would have been valid during the temporary closure may be redeemed for up to 30 days after reopening.
Will I be able to earn points on my Club Remington Card?
Yes, you will be able to use your Club Remington Card on electronic games.
What happened to my Club Remington Card during this closure?
Your Club Remington Card remained active. All earned points and entries have been kept in your account.
Will Players Lounge be open?
Players Off-Track Betting Lounge is relocated temporarily to Track North and open at 11 a.m. daily.
Is racing open to spectators?
Beginning Thursday, May 21, spectators will be allowed to attend Remington Park’s live quarter horse racing. Patrons 18 years of age and over are allowed entry to Remington Park. All patrons must enter through the Casino entrance only, and valid photo ID is required to enter. All patrons are expected to follow all reopening guidelines upon entry and while at Remington Park.
