She’s All In

A dominant runner at Remington Park, She’s All In became just the second Oklahoma-bred female to earn more than a million dollars, joining 1986 Horse of the Year Lady’s Secret. She’s All In is the only Oklahoma-bred female millionaire to race in her home state.

A homebred of owner Dr. Robert Zoellner of Tulsa, Okla., she was trained during the height of her career by Donnie Von Hemel. A daughter of Include from the Hickory Ridge mare Georgia OK, She’s All In didn’t break her maiden status until a $15,000-level claiming event at Will Rogers Downs in Claremore, Okla. The win came in 2010, during her fourth career start when she was a 3-year-old. Once arriving that fall at Remington Park, She’s All In had developed.

After a romping allowance victory by 9-3/4 lengths in September, She’s All In deserved her first stakes attempt in the $137,000 Oklahoma Classics Distaff against fellow state-breds. She rolled to score by 11 lengths in a race that would become her personal playground for years to come.

At age 4 in 2011, She’s All In won her first open company stakes event in the $100,000 River Cities Stakes over the turf at Louisiana Downs in Bossier City, La. Returning to Remington Park, She’s All In again won the Oklahoma Classics Distaff.

After consecutive third-place runs in the Pippin and Bayakoa Stakes at Oaklawn Park in Hot Springs, Ark. in 2012, She’s All In managed a runner-up effort in the Grade 3, $150,000 Azeri Stakes. That race set her up for her only graded stakes triumph when she won the Grade 3, $200,000 Sixty Sails Handicap at Hawthorne in Chicago. That fall, the 5-year-old She’s All In once again came home to win the Oklahoma Classics Distaff, this time by seven lengths.

Sound enough to race through the calendar year, She’s All In turned 6 in 2013, and finished second in the Grade 1, $750,000 Delaware Handicap at Delaware Park behind Royal Delta. It was her lone in-the-money finish in three career Grade 1 attempts. She’s All In came home to Remington Park for her last fall run in Oklahoma City. She finished fourth versus males in the DeBartolo Memorial Handicap over turf before becoming a millionaire when she won an allowance race in her next start. Her swan song was the Oklahoma Classics Distaff on Oct. 18, 2013, cruising to a 6-1/4 length victory in taking the race for a fourth straight year.

She’s All In finished with 38 career starts, 16 wins, eight seconds and three thirds. At Remington Park she won 11 of 14 attempts, finishing second in one other race.
