House Rules

  1. All guests must be 18 years of age to wager. You must provide government identification upon request.
  2. Minors are prohibited from being left unattended on the premises.
  3. Minors are prohibited from being on the casino floor even when attended by an adult.
  4. Remington Park, its employees and agents are not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of any items, including, but not limited to, gaming tickets, credits, cash, personal items, or Reward cards.
  5. Any type of theft, criminal or other unlawful activity will not be tolerated and may result in a ban and/or prosecution.
  6. Remington Park, its employees and agents are not responsible for stolen or damaged vehicles on the premises.
  7. Destruction of property on Remington Park premises is strictly prohibited.
  8. Remington Park, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to ban guests for any reason, including, but not limited to: loitering, solicitation, failure to comply with staff instructions, criminal activity, cheating, offensive language, obscene gestures, threats, fights, harassment toward another guest or casino employee or team member, or violation of these house rules. Banned guests are not allowed to enter and/or use any of the services or privileges provided by Remington Park for the length of the ban, and said banned guest forfeits any claim to prize money or money inserted into the gaming machines while banned.
  9. Two (2) different forms of identification are required for jackpot payout of $1,200 or more.
  10. All jackpots must be claimed by the guest who made the original wager at the time the jackpot was won.
  11. If required identification cannot be provided, the unclaimed jackpot will be held for thirty (30) days from the date of the win. If the jackpot cannot be claimed within the thirty (30) days, it will be forfeited by the winning guest.
  12. At the discretion of casino management, guests may be limited to one (1) gaming machine.
  13. Malfunction of machines voids all pays and plays.
  14. Bags, backpacks, purses, overcoats and other items which may conceal prohibited items, may be subject to inspection by casino security.
  15. Outside food and drink are prohibited.
  16. Only service animals are permitted on the premises.
  17. Guests are only allowed access to public areas.
  18. Remington Park offers cash advances, ATMs, and check cashing services at select locations for our guest’s convenience.
  19. Abandoned credits or tickets are the property of Remington Park.
  20. Remington Park reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, or exclude any guest.
  21. Guests who use obscene language or gestures which could create a disturbance, or disrupt the peace of other guests or team members may be required to leave the premises.
  22. Guests must be twenty-one (21) years old to purchase, consume or otherwise possess tobacco or alcohol. Proof of age is  required upon request.
  23. All alcoholic beverage sold within the building are prohibited from leaving the premises.
  24. Remington Park does not allow the possession or consumption of medical or recreational marijuana anywhere on the premises.
  25. Any identified guest that is currently on a self-exclusion list forfeits any prizes won while excluded.
  26. The benefits of the Club Remington Card are solely intended for the use of the person listed on the account. Club Remington cards may only be used to track and accumulate points of the account holder.  Any misuse of the Club Remington card or any improper play as determined by casino management, in its sole discretion, may result in forfeiture of all Club Remington benefits, and may result in revocation of the Club Remington card.
  27. If you are aware of any theft, cheating, scams, or other suspicious activity, please call Remington Park security at 405-424-1000.
  28. Remington Park expressly reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify add, or remove portions of these house rules from time to time, and at any time.
