EXTREME RACING – Camels, Ostriches, Zebras, Pigs, Horses & More!
The final Sunday in April sees the return of Extreme Racing to Remington Park! Presented in conjunction with the Oklahoma Quarter Horse Racing Association, this great day of fun and winning takes place Sunday, April 28.
Extreme Racing 2019 will feature Camels, Ostriches, Zebras and more, as they compete on the main track, between the actual pari-mutuel horse races. The Express Ranch Clydesdales will hold their annual 100-yard match race at 1:40pm to launch the big festivities. Throughout the afternoon, Flying Pig Races will take place in their own track/arena, located just north of the Plaza.
Extreme Racing will once again help raise money for Remington Park’s charity partners. The exciting afternoon of fun helps many great causes as the day has become one of the top charitable fund-raisers of the year at Remington Park. Throughout the afternoon, please take time to visit the various charitable booths located inside on the north track level, to learn more about their missions.
The Extreme races will alternate between the actual American Quarter Horse, Paint and Appaloosa races on Sunday, April 28.
Fans of all ages will have the opportunity to meet the animals up close as they will be made available on the Plaza, just outside of Henry Hudson’s.
Parking, Valet Parking and Admission are always Free at Remington Park.
