CRUZ AND STINEBAUGH EARN LIP CHIP HONORS,EASY MONEY CHASE GAME BEGINS MARCH 23

A riding triple on St. Patrick’s Day along with stakes victories on March 16, helped secure Lip Chip Jockey and Trainer of the Week honors at Remington Park for Roman Cruz and John Stinebaugh respectively.

Jockey Roman Cruz ended the week rolling to the top of the leader board in the jockeys’ standings, winning three races Sunday. He now has nine wins for the season that has conducted eight days of racing. Cruz also picked up a stakes triumph on Saturday, March 16, winning the Grade 2, $55,280 Decketta Stakes on Saturday night riding Alliekat Dynasty.

Ls Jacks Back showed up for the $68,000 Mighty Deck Three Stakes, helping land the Lip Chip weekly training honor for John Stinebaugh. The stakes win against Oklahoma-breds on March 16 was one of three wins on the week for Stinebaugh, who moved into the top 10 of the trainer standings as a result of those successes.

The Lip Chip jockey and trainer of the week will be recognized during the races on Friday, March 22.

Lip Chip is a microchip system for horse identification, built by horsemen for horsemen.

Easy Money Chase Begins Saturday, March 23
Easy Money Chase, the free online Remington Park racing game is open and set for play during the remainder of the 2024 American Quarter Horse, Paint and Appaloosa Season at Remington Park. The top players in the contest will split $5,850 in prize money with the best contestant winning the Grand Prize of $2,000!

The Easy Money Chase game begins on Oklahoma Futurity Night, Saturday, March 23. All contestants simply need to visit remingtonpark.com, click on the Easy Money Chase button at the top of the site, then register/sign-in to begin play. Players can also go directly to easymoneychase.com if they like.

The prize money will be awarded to those with the highest finishes at the end of the Easy Money Chase, when the Remington Park season wraps up on June 1. Players choose one horse in each of the contest races nightly to contend. As long as they have a selection finish in the top four of a contest race, the player moves on to the next day. If a horse selected finishes in the top three of a race, then the contestant receives a virtual bankroll, equal to what the horse pays to win, place or show in the actual race. The contestants with remaining eligibility, finishing in the top five positions, with the highest virtual bankroll after the Remington Park season ends on June 1 will receive cash prizes. The contestant correctly selecting the most winning horses in the Easy Money Chase will receive a $1,000 cash prize.

Players may make their selections in the Easy Money Chase game up to 30 minutes before the first race of a contest night or day. Remington Park racing normally begins nightly at 6pm, Thursday through Saturday, with Sunday racing at 4pm. All times are Central.
