The Kentucky Derby, America’s most famous horse race, will be featured via simulcast at Remington Park on Saturday, May 4. Enjoy all the festivities, fashion, flair and food as the 150th Kentucky Derby, and a stellar Remington Park card of racing, headline the big afternoon on Saturday, May 4.

The action starts early with simulcast racing featured by 9:30am from Churchill Downs. The Remington Park racing will also start earlier than a normal Saturday, with a first race at Noon.

The Remington Park races will feature a pair of top graded events for American Quarter Horses. The Grade 1 Leo Stakes, a $100,000 affair, will challenge many of the top older horses in the sport as they battle 400 yards. The long-distance horses get their spotlight on the afternoon as well with the Grade 2, $50,000 Pauls Valley Stakes. The 870-yard race features many of the sports top turn runners.

Remington Park will open mutuel windows at 9am for the early simulcast racing start from Churchill Downs at 9:30am. The Kentucky Derby simulcast will take place between 5:30-6pm.
