• Entries will close promptly at 10:30 am. The Racing Secretary reserves the right to hold open any race that has not overfilled.
• Telephone entries are at the Owner’s and/or Trainer’s risk. Responsibility of misplaced entries will be placed solely on the person making said entry via-telephone.
• Scratches must be received by 9:00 a.m.

TRIAL DRAW POLICY
The best effort is made to split horses with the same owners or trainers into separate trials or days. However, it is the trainer’s responsibility to notify the office of any ownership overlaps before the draw. If a mistake is discovered after the final overnight is posted, the draw will stand. An attempt to make adjustments where possible, but we cannot guarantee changes once the overnight is finalized.
