Responsible Gaming

“Remington Park Cares” and promoting responsible gaming for all of our guests is of serious importance to Remington Park and Global Gaming RP, LLC. It is a cornerstone in maintaining our continued respect within the community and our commitment to good faith operational integrity.

We would like everyone who gambles at our Racetrack-Casino to fully and responsibly enjoy their experience. Having fun and enjoying the excitement of horse racing and casino games should be considered just one more additional quality option to your entertainment choices. It should be a planned, budgeted and well considered choice, similar to an evening at the theater, attending a stage play, or dinner & dancing. When gaming is but one considered choice in your entertainment repertoire, and not a singular compulsive necessity, you can feel good about enjoying this uniquely diverse entertainment option. However, we understand that for some, gambling responsibly is no longer an option. When gambling stops being “FUN” and becomes a compulsion, it is time to stop gambling.

In addition to providing problem gambling help resource information and contacts, we offer a dignified “Self-Exclusion” process to those who know they need a little more help staying away from our gaming property. Guests may fill out a “Self-Exclusion Request Form” through any of our Security Supervisory Staff. By filling out and signing this form, the guest will have voluntarily restricted their gaming privileges at Remington Park. These restrictions include the denial of check cashing privileges, removal from all Remington Park Marketing & Club Remington mailing lists, and restriction from all play privileges.

If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-522-4700 or 405-801-3329 to reach the Oklahoma Association of Problem and Compulsive Gambling crisis counseling help and referral line, for appropriate services assistance.

Remington Park Racetrack & Casino will be participating in the Oklahoma Casino self-exclusion program operated by the Oklahoma Association on Problem and Compulsive Gambling (OAPCG). Patrons can choose to exclude themselves from Oklahoma casinos in 1, 3, 5 and 10 year options.

OAPCG recognizes the need for some individuals to request self-exclusion from multiple casinos. Upon completion, the problem gambler requests that OAPCG send this form to the tribes and/or casinos within the State of Oklahoma. Please note, not all tribes participate in the self-exclusion program but may choose to in the future. Therefore, any tribe that opts to participate will be added. Moreover, future participation of tribes/casinos ensures that they will retroactively accept and activate the entire self-exclusion list.

See Club Remington for details or visit www.oapcg.org.

UNDER 21?
All Remington Park employees are trained to require the presentation of valid photo identification from persons who appear to be under the age of 30. No persons under the age of 18 are allowed on our casino floor. Individuals found to be 18 years of age (legal gaming age in OK), but under 21 years of age, will be issued a wristband which identifies them as being of legal age to be on our casino floor or to place horse race wagers, but not old enough to purchase alcoholic beverages. These wristbands should be worn the entire time they are on our property and removed only after leaving. Those 18 to 21 who have subsequently removed their wristband, or any adult (21 or older) who purchases alcoholic beverages for someone under 21, will be immediately removed from the casino and may be prosecuted in accordance with state law. We would like all of our customers to enjoy their visit to Remington Park, but we are resolute in our commitment to follow the law and protect our youth.

UNATTENDED CHILDREN
Remington Park would like to provide a fun, exciting environment for all of our guests. We want all of you to enjoy your stay at our racetrack, food venues and casino. Parent/guardian accompanied children are welcome in all Racing and public areas, except on the Casino Floor. But, it’s important to remember that just like in any other public place; children should never be left alone or unattended. This means that parents must be responsible for supervising their children at all times in all of our public areas. Remington Park works hard to provide the highest quality safety for its guests and their children. However, the ultimate responsibility for children and minors who are at this property lies first and foremost with their parents and guardians. Remington Park has a zero tolerance for guests who fail to maintain appropriate responsibility for their children. It is never allowed for parents/guardians to leave children (or pets) in their vehicle, unattended, while visiting our gaming facility. Any violation of this policy will lead to an immediate ejection and a potential “Ban” of the parent or guardian from future visits to Remington Park property.

If a child or minor seems to be without supervision or in violation of local curfew laws, security or other appropriate personnel will be contacted and will remain with the child while reasonable action is taken to locate the parents or guardian on property or by telephone. If these efforts are unsuccessful, security personnel will contact an appropriate third party, such as the police department or department of youth services, and release the child or minor to their care.
